Our company receives orders from race cowl, customers' mass production, test pieces, OEM to hobby goods widely from all over the country. Inquiries are received directly by telephone, e-mail, and web page.
Moreover, we can accept not only carbon products but also production and consultation of supplies such as screens and stays for mounting.

  • Step.01- Observation
    We will conduct a rough observation including schedule management from start to mass production as to what kinds of products, shapes, and materials are requested.
  • Step.02- Meeting and Determinizing the Specification
    We will decide this specification while referring to actual drawings, photos and products.
  • Step.03- Master Mold Production (Male Mold)
    If you have an original item, please bring it in. (Ex: frame for motorcycles, car body for cars)
  • Step.04- Mold Production (Female Mold)
    We will create a product mold from master mold. Cost will also change with mass production and one-off type, so if you can decide the approximate number in advance, we will produce accordingly. (The test piece etc will be simplified so that it can be rebuilt)
  • Step.05- Production
    The beginning of production. We will start producing the product within the needs of customers
  • Step.06- Fitting and Finishing
    There are times that we need to check up with fitting when finishing the product.
    The quality of product will become one rank higher if this step is being processed.
    ※If there is no need, the product will be shipped after Step 5.
  • Step.7- Dispatch and Delivery
    nce the product is fitted and finished, the product will be dispatched for delivery.

We can also customize existing products.
Using the best advantage of FRP reworking and additional machining, we can offer wide range of customers from all over the country, such as upgrading products you do not like, fixing parts you do not like, customizing for everyday usage specifications for racing cowls and any other things you may have.

    Start the customization of the product.

REPAIR

Our company also has the technology to restore. We can also repair FRP products including car bumper as well as Palyester products. It is also possible to recover from crashed products even from disjointed state.
Even in the case of partial loss, it is also possible to form an aerial surface, raise the quality as much as new, or create a simplified type from a broken product.

Please entrust the hope to the know-how and experience gained over many years.

Warning
Sometimes, customers tend to curate themselves and most of the times it will not go the right way or as expected. The repair fee will be about twice as much if anything added by the customers, so please ship the product the way it is.

    Please send the restoration items to our company. We will contact you as soon as we can to confirm the status, whether it is possible to repair or not, delivery date, and estimated amount.

  • Step.03- Repair in Process
    Start the repair / restoration of the product.
  • Step.04- Payment (Bank Transfer)

    If payment is confirmed, it will be dispatched and delivered.
